How can I avail a loan?

You can get a loan if:

  • You are a Filipino citizen, 20-55 years old and have a valid Government ID.
  • Your mobile phone number is not blocked.
  • You have registered on the website.
What is an installment loan?

For our Installment loan, you can be approved for a loan of Php 500 to 25,000, which is payable within 60 days, with a daily interest rate of 0.16%.

What requirements do I need to present?

We only require 1 government valid ID, but it will help if you can present supporting documents like payslip, COE, ITR, company ID, DTI (if self-employed or with business). Repeat borrowers can be automatically approved.

What are the loan terms?
  • For first time borrowers, you may be approved for a maximum of 60 days.
  • For repeat borrowers, you may be approved for a maximum of 180 days.
How much can I borrow?

You can borrow from Php 500 to Php 25,000.

When can I apply?

You can apply anytime and anywhere. You may apply online on our website: www.kviku.ph.

Is it difficult to get a loan?

It is not complicated. Simply fill up the online application, enter the loan amount, and select how you want to receive the money. Enter the code will be sent to you via SMS to confirm the contract. Kviku service will transfer the funds to you immediately.

My application has been approved. When can I receive the money?

The requested amount is sent immediately after signing the contract. The speed of the transaction depends on your bank and usually takes 1 to 2 days. For Cebuana Cash Pick-up and G-cash, the transfer will not take more than 24hrs within working days.

Can I apply for another loan?

The Kviku service establishes an individual limit for each client. You have the right to get one more loan within these limits if you do not have past-due payments on previous loans.

Will the next loan limit increase?

Kviku automatically increases the available loan after the payment of the previous one. The succeeding loan will be available immediately after the repayment of the previous loan.

How do I know if my application has been approved?

You will find all the relevant information on your Profile. The information will appear there after you submit your application form. After your application is approved, the contract will be confirmed by entering the code that will be sent to you via SMS.

The loan has been approved but the money does not appear on the account. Why?

The requested amount is immediately sent after the confirmation of the contract. The speed of the transaction depends on your bank. Normally, the transaction takes a period of up to 2 days. For Cebuana Cash Pick-ups, transfers do not take more than 24 hours.

I’m not receiving messages from Kviku. What do I do?
  • Try restarting your phone.
  • If you still do not receive messages, check the memory of your phone. If you do have enough space, delete some unnecessary text messages.
  • Check your account balance and SMS service settings.
  • If you still do not receive messages, request on the website to repeat the sending of the SMS.

If you still do not receive messages after performing these actions, send an email to: support@kviku.ph indicating the problem, your mobile number and your telephone carrier.

I put the wrong bank details. What can I do?

Unfortunately, in this case you will not receive the money, since the account number does not correspond to the indicated government ID data. The money sent will be returned to the Kviku service within 2 weeks. After that, the loan will be canceled without interest or commission. You can fill up a new application, indicating the correct bank details. Please make sure to double check the personal information you enter.

Is it possible to cancel an application?

This can be done before confirming the contract. After confirming the contract, the money is sent immediately. In this case, you can only repay the loan early with the minimal interest. You can check the amount needed to be paid in the kviku.ph customer service line or in your Profile. If you have not yet confirmed the contract, send an email to support@kviku.ph.

How long do I have to wait for the amount after the approval of my application?

We send the money to you a couple of seconds after you confirm the contract. However, it may take receiving banks some time to credit the funds. You can expect to receive the funds during working hours - from 8:00AM to 4:00PM on the weekdays. In case your application was approved at night, you will be able to receive the money the following morning. If you were approved during the weekend, you will receive the transfer only on Monday morning.

I have an unrepaid loan with a third company. Will my application with Kviku be approved in this case?

If you make payments on time, Kviku will almost certainly make a positive decision.

Why was I denied the loan?

If you are of legal age and have always made credit payments on time, there may have been an error. Try to fill out and send an application again. The more personal data you indicate, the greater the chance that your application will be approved.

What is the Kviku service?

Kviku is a fully automated on-line service that grants loans at any time of the day. The human factor is completely excluded, so you can be sure of the objectivity of the decisions being made. The funds are transferred instantly.

What types of loans does the Kviku service grant?

Kviku grants definite economic amounts for the client’s temporary use. The size of the loan can vary from Php 500 to Php 25,000. The term is from 60 days to 6 months.

What are the operating hours of Kviku?

The service works 24/7 and during holidays and non-working days. Our customer service representatives work from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

How long is the contract kept in the database?

The contracts are kept in the database for 5 years.

Some useful tips and reminders:

  • Apply for a loan that amounts to or is equal to your monthly earnings or less, to be sure you can afford it.
  • Select the term of the loan, after which you can actually make the payment.
  • Repay your debts on time. Delays negatively affect your credit history and increase the amount of debt through the accrual of penalties.
  • The loan sum is determined individually.
  • The loan term is fixed.
  • Early repayments (full or partial) of loans are possible.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

You can do this by depositing to our bank account.

  • On your Profile, click the "Payment information", then select "More info".
  • Your lifetime ID and Loan Agreement details will appear in a new window. You will need them when making a payment. Payment could be made at any nearby bank.
